Tampa Civil Design was founded in 2009 by Jeremy Couch, P.E. Our mission is to provide quality engineering designs at reasonable fees for our customers. We firmly believe that all successful land development projects can be attributed to proper due diligence, communication, and dedication to the project. We make these attributes our standard for all projects we are involved with.
Experts of the Industry
Jeremy Couch, P.E. is a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Florida and a veteran of the United States Army 82nd Airborne Division. He is a graduate of St. Petersburg College and the University of South Florida.
His engineering experience includes over seven years of diversified practice as both a project manager and lead designer in a variety of small and large scale site development and infrastructure projects.
Mr. Couch's past clients include roadway contractors, private developers and public municipalities. His advanced engineering skills include complete site design, roadway design, utility infrastructure design, watershed analysis and modeling, drainage design, pump station design, wetland impact and mitigation, borrow pit design, construction engineering inspections, construction management, presenting at public hearings, and regulatory permitting. He has extensive experience using ICPR & HC SWMM models and performing roadway improvement designs under limited budgets and constraints.
Mr. Couch is a master at maximizing site yields and minimizing construction costs.
